LAKEWOOD BICYCLIST KILLED BY ALLEGED DUI DRIVER

Almost 3 years ago to the day an awesome family man was taken from us here in Decatur, Ga. The police said they had no reason to give the man a breathilizer test, even though he had 2 prior DUI's on his record. A month later he got a third DUI! How many people do we have to loose to the stupid choices of the stupid! Come on politicians, pass a stiff law that puts first offenders behind bars for 30 days after your first offense.
