Our neighbors to the west just ACTED to go 1 up on Georgia, THEY PASSED A 5 FOOT LAW! Yea read here how Alabama did it before Georgia! Now to see if any state in the USA will get their law enforcement to really issue a passing to close ticket EVERY TIME A CYCLIST GETS HIT(when the auto driver was in the wrong)!
